World Of Warcraft Transmogs The Mage

Posted 27/10/2017

In my last blog I posted images for my Transmog ideas for my World Of Warcraft Hunters and Warlocks. Today I am looking at the Mage. They come in three flavours Arcane, Fire & Frost. I found the Arcane class easiest to play, and Fire hardest with Frost being somewhat in the middle.

I often prefered holding a spellbook with a dagger but found the odds were heavily tilted towards more power with a staff which often annoyed me! The idea of a mage carrying a spellbook was always close to my heart.

Again, as with my Hunter and Warlock, the Legion expansion changes again took away my great pleasure of playing the game. My little Arcane mage, who I loved just running around blasting stuff on was now just about useless. One of my main characters for farming, now even she could not keep my enjoyment in the game any more.

I am happy I was able to find so many wonderful transmog items while I was playing but will I go back to the game? At this time I really do not know. The changes in Legion were so profound and far reaching, even impacting on the lower levels, I think the fun has gone for me now...

Anyway, lets take a look at my transmogs. I have slight OCD in things, a Fire Mage in Red, Frost in blue and my Arcane can wear anything apart from those two colours! Easy!

These are the sets I made up when I first started transmogging!

 My Arcane Mage Transmog Collection

The Arcane Mage for me can wear any colour other than Red or Blue. Most common colours are yellow, gold and purple

 My Frost Mage Transmog Collections

I was working on my Frost Mage looks when I quit World Of Warcraft. At the time I stopped playing for two reasons, one I was struggling with cancer treatment at the time undergoing chemotherapy, and the second was the changes in Legion had entered the game and my fun was diminishing fast. As you can see from these images, the only real change between these looks the weapon looks. I was still researching new looks but only got this far on their looks.
